Welcome to Skye Therapy

Have you been feeling like your identity, relationships, or inner world don’t quite fit into conventional frameworks? Maybe you’re neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQIA+/QTBIPOC community, exploring or practicing consensual non-monogamy or polyamory, engaged in kink/BDSM, or navigating life in ways that haven’t always been fully understood—or affirmed—by others.

Are you someone who is, or wants to be thoughtful, self-aware, and relationally attuned, yet still finds yourself struggling with anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, undesirable behavioral patterns, or codependency? Perhaps you’re not just looking to “feel better,” but to feel safer, more integrated, and more at home in yourself.

If this resonates, you’re in the right place.

We are an alternative-lifestyle-affirming private practice based in New York State and Massachusetts. We specialize in working with individuals and communities whose identities and ways of relating have often been judged, misunderstood, marginalized, or erased.

Our clinical, strength-based work focuses on relational and attachment-based concerns, trauma and CPTSD, anxiety, codependency, sexuality and identity exploration, as well as several OCD spectrum disorders. We use a trauma-informed, client-centered, and integrative approach, emphasizing collaboration, safety, and respect for your lived experience.

As someone who has benefited deeply from being in therapy myself, I know how vulnerable, challenging, and transformative this process can be. I view therapy as an act of self-respect, self-compassion, and accountability, and I’m committed to offering a space where you can show up fully and honestly.

Together, we’ll work to deepen self-understanding, build practical coping and relational skills, and support you through life’s challenges and transitions—at a pace that feels right for you.

I look forward to connecting with you.
